Reorder, rotate or remove PDF pages

Upload one PDF, arrange its pages the way you want, then download the result as a single new PDF. Nothing is uploaded.

PDF page layout

How page layout works

Choose one PDF. Its pages appear as a list: move any page up or down, rotate a page 90 degrees at a time, or remove pages you do not need. When the order looks right, choose Build PDF, then download the result as layout.pdf.

Good to know

  • Everything happens in your browser. Your PDF is never uploaded or stored anywhere.
  • Pages keep their original size, fonts and images; nothing is re-compressed.
  • This first version reads standard PDFs with classic cross-reference tables. Password-protected PDFs, and files that use newer compressed cross-references, cannot be read yet.

Questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The new page order is built in your browser on your device, and your file never leaves it.

Which PDFs can be laid out?

Standard PDFs with classic cross-reference tables, which covers most PDFs. Password-protected PDFs, and files that use newer compressed cross-references, cannot be read by this first version.

How does rotation work?

Each press of Rotate turns the page 90 degrees clockwise: 90, 180, 270, then back to upright. The rotation is written into the new PDF, so every viewer shows the page turned.

In what order do the pages come out?

In the order the list shows when you choose Build PDF. Pages you removed are left out of the new file.

What is the new file called?

It downloads as layout.pdf.
